Terms of use
This page describes how to use the public Failsafe website. It is a draft. It is not a customer contract, not terms for buying or using the Failsafe software, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
Who publishes this site
These pages are published by Failsafe. Failsafe is the company name we use here. This page does not list a legal entity type, mailing address, registration number, or support email.
What this website is
This website is an interactive demo of Failsafe: offline AI that you download on a compatible, powered computer. You can keep a copy on a USB or external drive you already own. Nothing physical is shipped from this site.
This website does not collect payment, deliver an installer, issue a real license, or activate software. The prices shown are demo scenarios, not live billing.
What the product is meant to be
When Failsafe is offered for purchase, it is meant to be downloadable software for a compatible, powered computer. That purchase and download path is not live on this website yet.
Failsafe for iPhone is coming soon. This site does not open the App Store or install an iPhone app.
Pictures and samples
The moving USB model is a picture of a copy you keep. It is not a product for sale on this site. The recovery key, sample PDF, Sign in page, and Wallet preview are design samples. The sample identifier FS-2481-6193 is not a credential.
Your use of these pages
You may read these pages and download the marked sample PDF to see how a recovery record could look. You should not treat anything here as a working purchase, legal advice, a refund rule, or a promise that software will be available on a given date.
Draft dated 7 November 2026, America/Toronto.
