Compatibility
This page describes what Failsafe needs: a compatible, powered computer to run the software, and an optional USB you already own to store a copy. Sample downloads on this demo do not include installer files.
The software
Failsafe is meant to run on a compatible, powered computer after you download it. A USB you already own would only store the copy you downloaded. The computer does the work, not the stick itself.
Exact operating-system versions, memory needs, and supported chips will be published with the software when it is offered. They are not claimed as tested shipping requirements on this preview.
Failsafe for iPhone
Failsafe for iPhone is coming soon. The intended app would carry the same modules: offline AI, maps, and encyclopedia. This website does not open the App Store or install that app.
This website
These pages are written for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. The moving USB model needs WebGL. If WebGL is missing, or if you ask the site to reduce motion, still photographs and ordinary text tell the same story.
On smaller screens the hero copy and the USB picture stack in normal document order, instead of using the pinned desktop animation. Layout has been checked at common phone widths, including around 320, 375, 390, 393, and 430 pixels, as well as desktop widths.
JavaScript adds the cookie notice, accessibility settings, Sign in preview, and Wallet preview. Without JavaScript you can still read the story, follow the steps, and open the sample PDF.
